EXT. OUTSIDE OF A SMALL TOWN - MORNING The orange sun shines high above, shrouded by a thin haze of dust. On the golden sand stretched out below, a town sits. Quaint pastel colored houses are aligned in two long rows, separated by a main street that leads further into the town. Signs in front of the houses closest to the edge of the town indicate a real estate agency, a law office, and a dentist’s office. On the borders of these offices there are small gardens filled with desert plants and flowers, sectioned off from the barren land further out by colored picket fences.
